Arrest Record Marketing was the supply side of the group's legal-vertical business and, with archived captures running from 2014 to 2022, one of the longer-lived brands in the portfolio. It described itself as direct mail marketing and court data for attorneys. It acquired daily arrest records and mailed prospective clients on behalf of its attorney customers, covering felonies, misdemeanors and traffic matters.

The site was specific about the mechanism. There are 3,144 counties and county equivalents in the United States, and the company said it used proprietary systems each day to acquire, clean and sift the previous day's arrest records, then mailed the prospective client within hours of the arrest or citation. A Legal Compliance section sat in the top-level navigation beside pricing, signup and an attorney login, which is a reasonable indication of how closely regulated this kind of solicitation is.

It never had a graphical logo. The site used a text wordmark, "ArrestRecordMarketing.com" with "Marketing" set in orange, and the treatment shown here is a faithful reproduction of that wordmark rather than a mark invented for this archive.

Caveat

The daily acquisition process, the county coverage and the claim of a one hundred percent open rate are the company's own marketing copy from its site. None of them is independently verified.

The strategic point

Why it mattered

Arrest Record Marketing is the ancestor of the company's present business. The direct mail competence is continuous from at least 2014 to today, and the company's own 2025 material sets the modern portfolio out as that competence separated into layers: Archer Group supplies the strategy, Everest Direct executes the print and the mailing, CouponSaver.com is a consumer-facing regional product, and DMAPI.io exposes the capability as a programmatic interface. In 2014 all four of those functions sat inside one brand mailing letters to people who had been arrested the day before.

The underlying asset is the one the portfolio has been built on since Cinema Preservation Group: proprietary knowledge about a specific population, assembled by hand and on a schedule, then sold to whichever side of the transaction paid better. Arrest Record Marketing knew who had been arrested yesterday. Its counterpart, Attorney Finder Pro, knew who had started looking for a lawyer today.
