The brand archive

The record covers 44 brands. Of those, 24 have a surviving mark, supplied by the client, from the company's own site, or recovered from a third party archive. They are collected here at full size, on white, the way a design archive presents its holdings rather than the way a company presents a logo wall.

The oldest dated file is a wordmark captured in 2002. The largest source file in the library is 12,264 pixels wide, an export made for print rather than for a web page, and 5 of the recovered files are that kind of original artwork. No mark in the recovered set was drawn for this website.

Provenance

How the archive was recovered

Three routes produced everything below, and every file on this page is labelled with the one it came by.

4 marks

Supplied by the client

Files handed over directly by the company as the canonical current marks.

Lake Holdings, Archer Group, Moderra.ai, Person.ai (2025)

11 marks

From the company's own site

Pulled from the media library of the company's own site, captured in 2025. Several are original design exports rather than web derivatives.

CanvasPrints.com, CheapStickers.com, CouponSaver.com, CustomCoasters.com, DevHouze, Epic Print, Everest Direct, Lake Financial & HR Services, Mugs.com, ProjHouze, SpacePrints.com

9 marks

Recovered from a third party archive

Lifted out of archived copies of pages that are no longer live, which is the only place these marks still exist.

L.E.D Moonlit Productions, Kaboom Tune, ElectronicFrog, Attorney Finder Pro, AuctionZing, Boost Liquidation, Junk Rabbit, Storage Unit Auction List, Inventory Scouts

20 of the 44 brands have no recovered mark at all. The archive does not fill those gaps with an invented logo. Each is set as a typographic reconstruction in the house display face and kept in its own section of the gallery, so nothing on this page presents a reconstruction as an artifact.

Withheld

Files the harvest returned that could not be shown to be assets of this company are not published. In one case the mark belongs to a different and unrelated business that shares a name with an early venture here; in another the provenance could not be traced. Publishing them would present somebody else's work as part of this record, so those brands appear in the gallery as reconstructions instead.

The thin end of the record

Where the capture is all that is left

For six brands the homepage capture is the only surviving visual record.

No logo file, no letterhead, no export. What the archive holds for each of these is one image of a page, and beyond it the written record. They are the clearest argument for keeping an archive at all: a brand that operated for years can leave behind a single screenshot, and if nobody captures that, it leaves nothing.
