The Services Stack

DevHouze is the group's contract DevOps business, providing tooling and services for software development and deployment pipelines. Its mark sets a red and black angular device above the wordmark with CONTRACT DEVOPS beneath, and the file was recovered from the company's own 2025 media library.

It descends from the in-house engineering team that built Boost Liquidation's platforms in 2012, the software that ran receiving, testing, grading and warehouse operations for a business handling truckloads of returned goods. The engineering discipline is older than the brand that now sells it.

Caveat

No domain was given for DevHouze. The client has confirmed it is no longer operating. The descent from the 2012 engineering team is institutional, a continuity of people and capability, and is not a corporate succession recorded in any filing.

The strategic point

Why it mattered

When Boost wound down, its software and its engineering discipline were not lost with it. The capability was deliberately kept, and DevHouze is what it was kept for.

The sequence is the clearest instance in the record of a practice the company states about itself. Lake Holdings describes itself as an owner of intellectual properties. Here an operating business closed, its codebase and its engineering discipline were deliberately preserved, and the capability was later productized and sold on its own account. Businesses in this portfolio close. Brands and codebases do not.
