Twenty years of operating leaves two kinds of evidence, and both are here. The scale is confirmed by a third party: an expansion of $11.5 million in taxable investment and 96 new jobs was announced by the Henderson County Partnership for Economic Development on December 14, 2021, from a baseline of 63 employees, with the new roles to arrive by 2025. It was completed in 2023 at 145 Cane Creek Industrial Park Drive in Fletcher.

The discipline is documented at the same resolution. Boost Liquidation, LLC was closed by filed articles of dissolution rather than left to lapse administratively, with its annual report filed and the entity dissolved voluntarily and in good standing. Brands and capabilities were kept when operating businesses closed. After Hurricane Helene took the main facility in September 2024, the company organized its disaster response within days and launched a public fundraiser to cover employee income.

The damage is recorded at the same resolution as the expansion that preceded it. Roughly forty inches of water went through a building outside the flood plain, by the account of the auction house that later sold the equipment. The workforce, 60 full-time employees by the company’s own fundraiser, was laid off within a day. The recovery that followed was worked from a small office without filing bankruptcy.

That is the case for the organization rather than for any one brand. A portfolio that looks scattered from outside is one owner, one set of shared infrastructure, and a repeated method: build a verified body of knowledge about a specific population of assets or people, then monetize it from whichever side of the transaction pays better. The failures sit on the same record as the successes, which is the point of keeping a record at all.
